Blood laboratories and common areas
Reconstruction of blood laboratories
The reconstruction of the blood laboratories, corridors and headquarters at the Vrchlabí Hospital was a complex and demanding project aimed at modernising and streamlining the operation of these key parts of the healthcare facility. The reconstruction began with the complete demolition of the existing premises down to the solid masonry, which allowed thorough preparation for the subsequent construction work and installation of the building's technical equipment (TZB).
The construction part included the restoration of all structural elements, ensuring the stability of the building and creating a new, functional layout. New masonry, floors and ceilings were installed in accordance with the latest standards and requirements for healthcare facilities. The work also included the complete build-out of the HVAC infrastructure, which included electrical wiring, water and sewer systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, ensuring an optimal environment for laboratory and office operations.
To achieve the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene, the walls in the blood laboratories were lined with special vinyl. This material is easy to maintain, resistant to chemicals and contributes significantly to maintaining the sterile environment that is essential for laboratory operations. The same approach was applied to the corridors and headquarters areas, ensuring a consistent level of cleanliness and aesthetic appearance throughout the building.
The entire project of reconstruction of the blood laboratories, corridors and the headquarters at the Vrchlabí Hospital was carried out with the utmost care and attention to detail. Thanks to this, it was possible to create modern, hygienic and functional premises that meet all the requirements for the operation of a medical facility and provide a pleasant working environment for employees.
