For EXITE, the construction of the office building project in the Industrial Zone TRIANGLE was a complex and carefully planned process. Our task was to provide the complete construction part, including the interiors, which included a wide range of activities from the foundations to the finishing touches.
The first step was the construction of the foundations and supporting structure, which guarantees the strength and stability of the entire office building. Once this phase was completed, we focused on the interior spaces, where we installed modern and functional interiors. Our work included the installation of quality furniture, lighting systems and other essential elements that create a comfortable and efficient working environment. The interiors were designed to match current trends and provide EXITE employees with optimal working conditions.
The project also included preparation for the installation of a sprinkler fire extinguishing system (SHZ) in the hall, which is key to ensuring a high level of fire safety. We have prepared all the necessary space and technical details for the future installation of the SHZ tanks, ensuring that the entire system can be completed efficiently and quickly in the subsequent phases of the project.
Another important aspect of the implementation was the construction of the fencing of the entire site. This included not only the construction of the fence, but also the installation of the barriers and their accesses. The barriers were designed to provide reliable access control while allowing for smooth operation. This system provides security for the site and controlled access for employees and visitors.

The entire project of building an office building for EXITE in the Industrial Zone TRIANGLE was carried out with the utmost care and attention to detail.
